Versions and compatibility
Identify the packages and starter behind your project.
This build documents the package versions below. A preview may include unreleased changes; use your installed CLI references when working against an older release.

Starters include a lockfile and .domino/starter.json with the template, source revision, and original published package versions. Keep both when diagnosing an issue. Report domino --version, the failing command, and its error. Exclude credentials and private participant data.
If the SDK and server disagree, check the changelog for newer releases and follow the upgrade guidance.
Release channels
The SDK and CLI publish on npm dist-tags. Install both packages from the same one, at the same version.

Install from latest: npm install --save-exact @domino-sdk/relay@latest @domino-sdk/relay-cli@latest, or pnpm add -E @domino-sdk/relay@latest @domino-sdk/relay-cli@latest. The next dist-tag carries prereleases only while a new major version is in preview, and none is now.
